Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you enter into the demo request form on this website. It covers this website only — it is not a description of how any Acturyn product processes customer or policyholder data under a separate agreement.
Who is responsible
Acturyn is an early-stage company building software for the insurance industry. For questions about this notice or about your details, write to berke@acturyn.com.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form, we receive:
- your first and last name;
- your work email address;
- your company name, your role and the company type you select;
- the optional message you write;
- technical information that accompanies the request, such as your IP address, which is used only to limit abuse of the form.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this website. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your demo request and to have the follow-up conversation you asked for. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to an unrelated marketing list without asking you first.
How it reaches us
The form is submitted to a server-side endpoint hosted on our website infrastructure, which validates it and forwards it as an email to the Acturyn inbox. Your details are therefore handled by our website host and by the email delivery provider that carries the message, and are then held in our email inbox.
How long we keep it
Demo requests stay in our inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, and are deleted on request. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so and confirm it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email berke@acturyn.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you additional rights; we will honour those rights when they apply.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
